Education
Are you looking for assistance as you manage the current license transition?  As a branch of the IAR Licensing & Training Center, Baird & Warner's real estate school is now offering the following courses to help experienced agents manage your license transition and continuing education.

• Proficiency Exam Prep Course and Exam - for Salesperson transitioning to Broker and Broker transitioning to Managing Broker. Classes are offered at many B&W branch locations and are worth 3 hours of CORE B CE credit.  To view the course schedule and registration form click here.
